Terms of Access & End User License Agreement

These Terms of Access and End User License Agreement ("Terms") govern access to ZenMaid Investor Reports ("the Application"), an internal application operated by ZenMaid ("we", "us"). The Application provides ZenMaid's financial reports to ZenMaid personnel and to investors and prospective investors whom ZenMaid has authorized. By accessing the Application, you agree to these Terms.

1. Access and license

Subject to these Terms, we grant authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access the Application solely to view ZenMaid's financial reports for the purpose of evaluating a potential investment in ZenMaid. Access is by invitation only and may be revoked at any time.

2. Confidentiality

The financial information in the Application is confidential and proprietary to ZenMaid. You agree to keep it confidential, not to disclose or redistribute it to any third party, and to use it solely to evaluate a potential investment in ZenMaid.

3. No offer; no professional advice

The Application and its reports are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, nor accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice. Any investment decision is made at your own risk and should be based on your own due diligence.

4. Acceptable use

• Access the Application only with authorization granted by ZenMaid.
• Do not share your access, redistribute reports, or attempt to access data you are not authorized to view.
• Do not reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application.

5. Data

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Application accesses ZenMaid's QuickBooks data on a read-only basis and does not modify QuickBooks records.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that reports will be accurate, complete, current, or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, or for any investment decision, arising out of or related to your use of the Application.

8. Termination

We may suspend or revoke access at any time. Upon termination, the access right granted above ends and you must cease using the Application and any reports obtained from it.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued access after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
